What happens if I cannot see the video?
If a lot of people join at once, you may experience a delay loading the page. If this is the case, simply refresh your browser by using the following instructions on your keyboard or the pressing the respective button on your browser window with your mouse.
If you’re on a PC, press the F11 button on your keyboard.
If you’re on a MAC, press Command + R on your keyboard.
What happens if I’m still unable to see the video?

I can't seem to hear the event. Is there a problem with the sound?
If you’re having trouble hearing any sound, you can try the following two steps:
First, ensure that your computer’s speakers are as high as you’d like.
Second, ensure that the video player’s volume is high by pressing the speaker icon to the right of the play button in the lower left hand corner as pictured below. You can raise or lower the volume using the controller that will pop up.
The audio seems out of sync with the video. What can I do?
The audio and video feeds may occasionally become out of sync for some viewers when a lot of people are viewing the event. If this happens, you do not need to do anything. Our logistics team will attempt to improve the sync on our side. In the event that the quality of the stream is not improved while we are on air, you can tune into the rebroadcast of the event tonight.
Will I have any problems viewing this from a mobile device or tablet?
You should be able to view this event from any PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone. Keep in mind that the strength of your internet connection will play a great role in determining the video quality. If you experience consistent interruptions, you can tune into the rebroadcast of the event when you have a stronger connection.
